Pricing
The price that I charge for integrative breathwork sessions is in dialogue with the income level and financial situation of the people I work with. Money means very different things for different people, so instead of charging one flat price I offer three different tiers that I ask clients to choose from according to their financial situation.

Comfortable Rate
For those who are financially comfortable (can comfortably pay for their housing, food, transportation, medicine, recreation, etc.).
$104/

Lower Rate
For those who are financially stressed, who earn a low-income wage, or who are having a hard time financially meeting their needs.
$225/
session
Supporter Rate
For those who can afford it, which allows me to work with people who cannot afford to pay much for a session.
Please let me know if you want to start working together but cannot afford any of the price tiers listed above. I'm open to reduced pricing, especially for people holding marginalized identities or facing structural barriers to thriving, as well as barter exchanges. The most important thing is that you get to have breathwork sessions if that's what you're wanting in your life.
